The purchase contract is concluded with The Feisty Cat Store.
By placing the products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract.You can place our products into your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided for this purpose in the order process.The contract is concluded by accepting the offer via the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Language of Contract, Contract Archiving
The languages available for the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
Shipping costs will be added to the specified product prices. For more information on these shipping costs, please check the specific products.
We only deliver via shipping. A pick up of the goods is not possible.

With advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation mail and deliver the goods as soon as your payment is received.
Cash on delivery
You pay the purchase price directly to the deliverer. A 4 euros fee will be added. In addition, 2 euros are to be paid directly to the delivery company.
By submitting the order, you will also submit your credit card details.
After your legitimation as a legal cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after ordering. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is debited.
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, authenticate with your access data and confirm payment to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You will get additional information during the ordering process.
The payment transaction will be executed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.
After clicking on the button "Pay with Amazon", you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before the order is completed in our online shop. In order to process the order process via Amazon and to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register and authenticate with your credentials. There you can choose the shipping address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment to us. You will get additional information during the ordering process. Afterwards, you will be returned to our online shop, where you can complete the ordering process.
Immediately after ordering, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is performed automatically by Amazon.
6. Ownership of Goods
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please file a complaint on such damages immediately to the delivery person if possible and please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. The failure to make a claim or contact has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. But you can help us to make our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Advisement on your Withdrawal Rights
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or your representative that is not the delivery agent has come into possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Conny Christine Brintzinger, Pettenkofer Str. 16-18, 10247 Berlin, Germany, firstname.lastname@example.org, +49 (0) 30 42020834) by means of a clear statement (eg by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form which is not mandatory, however.
In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message that you wish to excercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will return to you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard lowest cost option offered by us) as soon as possible but at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice widthdrawal from this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to a handling which is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and where an individual choice or decision by the consumer was necessary to produce them or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
